Update: Tax Collection for Web-based subscriptions

To align with U.S. and Canadian sales tax laws, Strava will collect applicable taxes on subscriptions purchased through strava.com. 

This change is aimed at supporting the integrity of our operations and the communities we serve. Please note that the base subscription price is not changing. Sales tax is determined by relevant tax laws and not kept by Strava.
